Chicken korma and pulao was always a weekend affair in our household and somehow got lost over the years. I want to bring it back and hope that every bite takes me back to my mother’s kitchen!
This is a very simple dish but does need some work- the only tedious bit of work would be making that cashew and poppy paste (I promise)and you will have this dish ready in less than 40min and you can dig in with some pulao or even paratha!
